Not Bad for a Family Stopover

Front desk host Rose was wonderful and very helpful when having to go back and forth to my vehicle multiple different times because the sliding door only opened from inside after a certain time at night. Cleanliness from downstairs to room was good. Cleanliness in room was a plus. Beds and sofa bed was comfortable and clean.

It wasn't cheap, but it was still acceptable.

This place suits me perfectly! The 24-hour reception, outdoor swimming pool, and fitness centre provide everything I need. During my first stay, the staff offered a cold drink in the heat, which I still remember.

Conveniently located near a major highway, making it easy to access the Kennedy Space Center. The local restaurant surprised me with good food options, perfect for grabbing a bite before or after visiting nearby attractions.

The place feels run down. one elevator was out of service, which led to frustrating wait times. The ice machine on my floor didn't work either, and the room had a musty odor with worn carpets. The chair in my room was defective, though they did replace it quickly. Guests with kids running rampant in the halls at night were bothersome, especially when there's no thought to soundproofing. Also, the so-called 'free breakfast' isn't included like you might expect from other Holiday Inn locations.

The room was spacious with a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV. I loved having a hairdryer and tea/coffee maker available. The outdoor swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, and the fitness centre had good equipment. Breakfast was cooked to order with fresh choices like omelets and pancakes.

I had a fantastic stay with lovely views of Fox Lake Park just a short walk away. The Valiant Air Command Warbird Museum was only a 15-minute drive, which made my exploration of local landmarks super easy and fun. the staff were also really friendly and helpful, enhancing the whole experience while ensuring everything was comfortable during my time there. I was able to enjoy the nearby dining options, making it perfect for quick meals after my city strolls, but I did notice the ice machine on my floor wasn't working, which could use some attention.

I had a wonderful experience during my three-night stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, ensuring I felt welcome. I appreciated the shuttle service to Port Canaveral, making travel effortless for my cruise. The bar’s happy hour added a nice touch to unwind after a long day!

i really enjoyed my stay at holiday inn. the room was extremely spacious, perfect for my family. the location was fantastic, just 13 miles from kennedy space center. the staff were friendly and went out of their way to provide us with a functioning keurig machine. we loved having the pool all to ourselves!
